Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team with your order number, photographs of the product, and a brief description of the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used. These include:

  • Health supplements, capsules, tablets, or powders that have been opened or used.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless received damaged).

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, as applicable.

Important: Please do not dispose of the damaged item or packaging until the issue is resolved.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Our team will contact you to collect your bank details securely.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


Exchange Policy
