At BuyPure Wellness, we strive to deliver your orders accurately, in excellent condition, and on time. All orders are fully insured by us until they reach you—so your purchase is completely safe and protected.

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders placed on our website.
  • No additional delivery or handling charges apply within India.
  • All orders are carefully packed to ensure safety and hygiene.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Once we receive your order, it will be processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on your shipping location.
  • All deliveries are handled through our trusted logistics partner, Delhivery, to ensure timely and secure shipment.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking link and AWB number to monitor your order online.

3. Shipping Address

Please make sure to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including your name, phone number, and PIN code, at the time of placing your order. Incorrect details may cause delays or failed deliveries.

4. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If you notice that your package is damaged, tampered with, or not in good condition, please refuse to accept the delivery.
  • Immediately contact our Customer Care team at +91 97523 11018 mentioning your order reference number.
  • You may also email photos of the damaged packaging to admin@buypurewellnesss.com for quicker resolution.
  • We will coordinate with our courier partners to arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.

5. Delivery Delays

We always aim to deliver your order on time, but sometimes delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Unforeseen courier service delays
  • Bad weather or natural calamities
  • Public holidays or lockdown restrictions

BuyPure Wellness will not be held responsible for such external delays once the shipment has been handed over to the courier company.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

We offer a convenient Cash on Delivery (COD) option for customers who prefer paying at the time of delivery.

How to Place a COD Order:

  • Add your desired products to the cart.
  • Proceed to checkout and select “Cash on Delivery” as your payment method.
  • Provide the name and contact number of the recipient.
  • Our team may contact you to verify and confirm your COD order before dispatch.
  • Once confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped as per standard timelines.
  • You will be required to make a cash payment to the delivery executive at the time of delivery.

7. International Shipping

Currently, BuyPureWellnesss.com ships orders only within India. We are working to expand our services internationally in the future.
